I just put a nude/light pink colour on mine to stop me biting mine and their growing quite fast now :) or you could put a strengthened polish on them

you grow you're nails when you grow up, you've got quite a bit of that too do so it's gonna take a while! :)

You can buy nail stuff from boots that tastes horrible so when u put it on u don't want to bite your nails :) x
