Ill bet you got a "frost and tip kit". They really should change the name. Hahaha. I honestly used that when i was in beauty school. Like 100 yrs ago. Its bleach with low vol of peroxide. Kinda harmless. But its still hard to do it yourself.

Caps are really designed for use with short hair...even then you have about zero control over the whole thing. Just go get a partial foil at a salon. Partials on your length are not that expensive.
