You can find this book cheaper on ebay but this is where I knew to find it quick. It is an awesome book to have for vintage hairstyles with step by step pictures and instructions.

I use what's called a hair rat to create that rolled bang look. you can make your own or buy one at Sallys, the store bought ones may also he called a bun roll or bun maker and serve the same purpose. pin curls and hit roller sets are also pretty retro
