Im going in June! I've been working out at least four times a week eating more fruits and veggies and drinking water. I downloaded this app called workout trainer. It had a bunch if different exercises and specializes in what you want to work on. And best of all it's free! :) give it a try. I've been working out for exactly a month and I already see a huge difference :)
