Hey all!
So I just got a letter in the mail saying I qualified for this model thing, not going into detail and I just wanted to know some tips for interviewing and just modeling in general?

Did you apply for the modeling company? If not, I would be very, very careful about the offer--there's a very real chance that it's a scam for some reason or another. When I was in high school, a friend got a similar letter and went, only to find out it was a giant scam. Just please be careful!

We received the same stupid letter. My husband is ticked off about it because the letter was personally addressed to our 14 year old and we don't allow her to sign up for any kinda sweepstakes or contests. Even her magazines come in my name. Its kinda creepy. Toss this letter beautiful and don't give it a second thought.

Sounds like a scam. But for one, never ever ever pay an agency. Learn to take criticism as it is a big part of growing in the industry. Get used to people asking you to loose weight or change your looks in some way.
Make sure you are knowledgable in the fashion industry (designers, other models, photographers, make up artists etc).
