Does biotin help you hair grow?

Theirs this stuff called biotin (pretty sure it's spelt like that) and its suppose to make your hair and skin stronger I think but I wanted I know if it would help it grow to!

Biotin does help your hair grow, with the right amount and kind. It's also good for skin and nails(:
