I'm trying to get rid of my acne but everything I use doesn't work! Any suggestions? And also what would be the best cover up? (Foundation/concealer) thanks

Oil-free acne wash by neutrogena will help immensely.

I've suffered from acne for years! I tried everything but nothing seemed to work. I finally gave up and went to the dermatologist and he gave me this topical cream called Tretinoin. It cleared my skin sooooooo well! The only side affect that I hate is the fact that it peels your skin...but that's nothing a little scub can't help. Stay away from scented face washes and use Cetaphil or the classic Orange Neutrogena facial soap. Hope this helps!!

wash face twice a day with natural exfoliater, and covering them with oil-based foundations and concealers won't help the matter. I use Aveeno, and AcneFree, and Clearisil work wonders. but believe it or not, drinking water will help amazingly in gradually getting rid of your acne naturally. but try lemon, sugar, and honey exfoliater and a acne wash and wash twice a day for the best result.

Your doctor should give you something to help. Also try applying lemon juice to your face before you sleep daily.

That happened to me too girlfriend, don't sweat it...it will get better soon. But don't get discouraged...a lot of times the medications dermatologists prescribe you makes your acne worse before it gets better. It takes about 6 months for the medicine to take full effect.

Okay, I know how you feel. Use a nice cleanser, the one I use is St. Ives Blemish Fighting Apricot Cleanser. Use as little makeup as possible, as this might be causing your acne. Try using hypoallergenic makeup!
