so watch me be the only person in the whole universe to have this issue...so pretty much my face hates me. No matter what I use or what I don't use...my acne comes and goes...which is life I guess. And with my routine and such I've gotten a good amount of it under control (yay!) But sometimes without warning I get these horrible ance bumplets that are super painful, they rarley have a head and stick out like a sore thumb. If you have had them you know they last forever too. Any suggestions how to make them go away or not be so hurtful?!

if you have a special occasion and want them to be less visible take some ibuprofen as this will help with the redness and inflammation :)

Honey is really good for nourishing and thwarting bacteria. Lemon is a good drying-aid to dry out the pimple. I suggest only doing the lemon juice part until the pimple/s have almost been treated (:

i reccomend exposed skin care my friend was entirely cured of acne :) and btw you're not the only person with this issue ;) x
