Help Dry Skin!!

For as long as I can remember, I've had oily skin. I bought this product from Garnier over the summer while I was visiting Russia. It's a foaming gel thing with a special brush that also gets rid of blackheads. I used it and it worked like a charm-no more oily skin for me. But then
when it started getting chillier, all of a sudden my skin became super dry after I used to products that had helped me in the past. Even when the weather got warmer again, it was still dry. If i blow my nose in the sink, it becomes dry again. I use this Body Shop body butter to help the dryness but I don't want to keep re-applying from day to day. Please help. Any sort of product or advise would be awesome
