Hair tutorial help please

Hi, I LOVE this look but I can never manage really soft waves. I have heated rollers but the waves are always too tight.
Can anyone offer some advice on what to use and how to style my hair please?

Actually the easiest way to do this is to put your hair in a bun overnight, or for 20 minutes after you've blow-dried your hair (put it up while it's warm or it won't hold).

If you do use heated rollers and they come out too tight, you don't want to comb lightly. You want to take a bristle brush and brush the bejeezus out of it to soften the wave. Also, I don't think that's a bump. I think that's someone else's head behind her in the photo, lol.

after a shower or bath, when your hairs damp, put it in two normal plaits or rope plaits(YouTube it) leave them in over night then in the morning take them out comb them through with your fingers and backcomb the crown of your hair to make the bump. hope this helps x
