my sister wants me to dip dye her brown hair. She really can't afford salon at the moment... any tips ladies/ anyone done it before??! :) thank you :) xxx

I have. go to a salon...its more technique then anything so her hair doesn't have just a blunt line of color

What I used to do was buy a highlighting kit and gradually build it up!
I would put te colour on from the bottom of my ears down for 20minutes .
Then about an inch or two down from that for 20 minutes.
Then an inch or two down from that for 20minutes.
Repeat till finished!

To get it the blonde I wanted I had to repeat the hole process about 3 times over a few months! Hope that helped xxx

If you look online, you might find ones including Kool aid. PLEASE DON'T try this!! I tried it 1 year ago, and since then my hair is dry and brittle. But, the color is nice after heavily conditioning.
