Is it okay if I buy bleach from a drugstore and what is the best place to buy bleach?

I wouldn't bleach your hair with anything from a box. Its easier and you'll get better results if you go to a salon. I had bleached blonde hair for a year and used box bleach because I was in college and didn't have the means to go to a salon and for a year straight I looked horrible.
In the long run you'll be better off having it done professionally. That's just my take on it though. I learned the hard way. My hair was absolutely fried and very damaged by the time I stopped.

I would never use bleach from a box. Especially with dark dark hair. Going to a salon may end up saving you money and length in the long run. Bleach is really hard on your hair and messing it up will be detrimental to your cuticles. Leave the blonde for the professionals!
