It's a great applicator! I have played around with a few and you won't find the same kind of technology in another sponge! The texture of the skin with application using the beautyblender is AMAZING! Not to mention you can use it to apply almost everything but eyeshadow!

I love the application but the price is outrageous. Especially when you can get the same thing on eBay for $1

I am curious about this as well! I bought a dupe by Cynthia Rowley at Marshall's today for $5ish, so I haven't used it yet. I don't really like wearing foundation but I thought I would give something like it a try anyway, but not the real thing in my case.

No. It's an over-hyped product. I have a beauty blender and found it absorbed too much of my foundation. I used it damp as directed, but still wasn't impressed.

I agree with brittne, the original beauty blender is overpriced cuz u can get the same thing on eBay for $1. I love the application especially for thick bb creams but it does absorb a lot of product which I don't like.

I would not recommend using it with expensive foundation.
