I don't use acrylic nails because I got tired of wasting money so I decided and started doing my nails myself. No acrylic. Just natural. The problem is that everytime I paint my nails they start chipping off the next day or third day. I hate that. What can I do or use for it to stay on or I'll just have to put fake nails on again :(

Put your top coat on the tips and under side of your natural nail. It should chip much less and slower.

Before you start make sure your nails are super clean. Even after you remove old polish clean your nails again with remover then make sure you go under the free edge with the top coat as well. Also it's important that if your nail polish is 3 Free your base coat and top coat are as well. It makes the polish dry more evenly and supposedly more chip resistant.

My nail polish used to do that too but I started applying a base coat everyday till the middle of the week then every other day after that. No more chipping...learned that from a YouTuber lol.
