Haha, Alma, I love the pinup part. I have never understood why so many people think that if they are doing something that is a 1950s style that they are doing something pinup. Not every female was a pinup back then, just like not every female is a porn model today.
As for the people saying the overpriced in general, sadly that is pretty much the only option for some of us. I would gladly pay less for something from places like Target, I don't care about labels, but it is hard to find good quality vegan makeup for cheap. I am not saying that you are wrong, I am sure there are a lot of overpriced brands just because of their name that you could get for way cheaper under a different name at a drugstore. What little I have tried of ELF has been good, but I have heard with their products it all depends what batch its from and they don't have as wide of a variety when it comes to colors.

EOS lip balms. they dry out my lips, and from what I've read, they do the same to so many other people. They arent pocket or small purse friendly, and I think the design is more bulky and stupid rather than cute and sleek.
Like the majority of all the other comments, naked pallets, so what's the point of ranting about that for everyone to read AGAIN?
Baby Lips, for someone like me that uses a lot of lip balms and stuff, I think the regular chapstick brand is a lot better. I think just because they have tint and have the name brand, theyre supposed to be cute..
lush blushes, maybe I got a defective one or am I just crazy for not liking them?
proactive, period..
UD primer, its not the only primer out there, and I've used to many better ones >.<
that tattoo eyeshadow shit, why not learn to do your dang makeup instead of trying to tell people that your temporarily tattooed eyes are of your creation.

I totally agree with the sock buns, EOS lip balm and bhcosmetics. I have some stuff from bh because I got them from school and they are terrible. I keep them in my kit only because I haven't had the cash to invest in some essentials for my kit from better brands. Luckily I do have a hodgepodge of other high end products I can use but sometimes I just don't have something so I'll use a few things from bh. I have a 120 eyeshadow palette and the colors don't blend at all. And baby lips. I'm starting to notice I have a real problem with products that combine two products together, like bb creams and tinted lip balm. I prefer to use two separate products alongside each other, like wearing a bit of my favorite lip balm under or over my favorite lipstick. Not buying a tube of greasy, colored chapstick. This "all-in-one" and "miracle product" hype is not for me. And I am sick. to. death. of the ombre/dip dyeing hair trend. Some may call me a hypocrite because my roots are dark and my ends are light...but thats because I'm growing my hair out to my natural color. It isn't intentional and doesn't look great but there's nothing I can do about it lol. I'm so tired of seeing it though and I'm tried of the endless questions on here about it.

And Proactiv. I only tried one small drop of cleanser because our roommate uses it (he's not really aware that its probably better off for teen skin, not his 30-year-old skin and that his oily skin is from his horrible diet of junk food and never drinking any water. But I digress...) and right away I could tell it was a NO. If my skin could talk it would have hissed and spat like a very pissed off cat lol. I hate the advertising they use too. "Omg Justin Bieber had acne and this product got rid of it. It must be a miracle product!" I'm sure 90% of any celebrity that's been in their commercials don't actually use any of their products. In fact, Bieber probably is the only one who MIGHT have benefited if he did actually use it. On another note, it may work for some, as everyone's skin is different. But their approach that it will work for anyone with acne of any kind is so inaccurate and ignorant that its almost criminal. They took a common thing that a lot of people have issues with and starting reaping the benefits off people desperate for a solution to a problem they're tired of dealing with. Now that I'm really thinking about it, I'm kind of disgusted by them and their approach. But hey, whatever, I don't use it lol. To each their own.

Urban Decay Primer Potion. Everytime I use it my lids crease up like crazy. The Falsies mascara, probably about the worst mascara I ever used. Took me three days to get it all off.

Ugh falsies is like putting tar on your lashes. I used it once and threw it straight in the trash seconds later. Total waste!

I'd say BB creams.

Agree with BB creams most I tried were so oily! Most things stocked by Benefit barring one or two decent products. Benefit as a brand full stop. MAC foundations...they are not terrible but not brilliant either. barring maybe the face and body which I love a lot of the other foundations aren't anything to write home about a lot of other brands do better.

Instant tan...
its so overrated... I think they don't last at all and wash off like crap leaving you patchy for days... the gradual sticks/stays/works just so much better!
