I'm thinking of getting a second hole... Does it hurt?? What does it feel like?

If its a regular earlobe piercing, it's just a little pinch. Over before you know it :-) Go for it! I have two sets of lobe piercing, 1 cartilage, and an industrial bar (that hurt the most and takes the longest to heal)
