I've tried growing my hair out for so long? Three years and only like two inches! I've tried everything! Literally everything!! I really need some tips and tricks! Please someone help!! I think it may have to do with the fact that I'm a vegetarian, but I'm not too sure! Help🙀😿😿

I don't think being a vegetarian has anything to do with it really...I'm a vegetarian myself. Make sure you're getting regular trips to the salon to get the dead ends trimmed and try to cut back on flat ironing and blow drying your hair as this can dry out your hair and cause it to stop growing. Taking nail and hair vitamins help too. Also try repairing hair masks and be very gentle towards your hair.
Hope that helped. xx :)

Try using organic coconut oil in your hair once a week. Also try using a clarifying shampoo and conditioner it helps cleans out all the dirt and stuff which is causing your hair not to grow. Drink plenty of water, using Avocado works. And trim your hair every 6 to 7 weeks if your hair is not badly damaged go every 12 weeks. If your going to use the flat iron or blow dryer put heat protectant in it to keep it from burning. Also if you have really thin to medium hair put your flat iron in the lowest temp. Don't forget to be on a good diet. Massage your head to stimulate hair growth, silk pillows are better to sleep on because it doesn't pull out your hair. I hope this helped :)

I've heard Biotin works great for the skin, nails and hair. I havent used it enough to vouch if it works, but thats what everyone else on Beautylish says.

I love biotin. My hair always grows fast but this speeds it up immensely and it's insanely thick and healthy now. I've been growing out my pixie cut and it's a miracle worker!

Cutting your dead ends will not promote hair growth period!! It is still important to trim once s month. But Vitamin B is essential for hair growth!! It helps circulate oxygen through your blood cells which then circulates to your hair promoting hair growth! It could be stress too stunting your hair seeing as how stress lowers the level of Vitamin B in the body resulting less oxygen circulation through the body. It then thins your hair too. Don't believe me? Google. Biotin works too.

I learned this when I was at school at Aveda... Hair grows the same length no matter what! It's a half an inch every month, no matter what!! That being said, the reason you're probably not seeing re growth is because you're not trimming your hair and its just breaking off, so it just stays about the same length. You can try taking prenatal vitamins and biotin they can really help to give you extra vitamins your diet may lack that promotes healthy hair, but really nothing you take is going to make it grow faster- it's just going to make it healthier, which will help in keeping your hair long and nice.. But that's it. Try doing protein treatments in your hair no more than once or twice a week bc too much protein will turn your hair to straw- but protein is found at beauty supply stores and just get a fine mist spray bottle and spray it all over damp hair and leave on for 30-40 mins. Follow the directions if heat is needed but it shouldn't be in a protein filler ( which are the best treatments I've ever done) and ESP before you bleach or color hair it's good to add to color and prep your hair for damage.
You should also be using heat protectant sprays and good shampoo and conditioner (and this doesn't mean treseme or herbal essences, get a nice salon shampoo and conditioner (both should be in the same line to work - like both be for damage or volume or whatever- and only watch hair every 3 days!
Hope this helps!!
