@lola I heard that their cleansing oil is good? Never tried anything from dhc except the sample of their primer that I got from a swap. I love it but then it's not released in hk for I dont know what reason.. :(

I like Korean makeups actually. They're natural and good selections of pinks and corals! Pinks and corals all year round! ^_^ one brand particularly I am crazy about lately is etude house. Their products are really affordable, good quality and pretty packaging. ^_^

I love a lot of them. My only problem is that the shade range for foundation and bb cream is very limited. If your tan or dark, your screwed. Even I'm too dark. I'm really liking this acnes labo bb cream that I got in Japan. It's too light even tho it's the darker of the 2 shades they have. I just put powder that matches me from Nyx and it works.

I am using Korean BB Creams, few Mascaras, Loose Powders, Primers, Concealers, Highlighters, Blushes, Skincare (Toners, Serums, Face Gels/Creams, Facewashes) and I even have few Make Up Brushes.
Etude House, Innisfree, Skinfood and The Face Shop are brands I usually go for but I have few products from Holika Holika, Missha and Lioele.
Products I personally would not go for are Eyeshadows - despite beautiful shades they have too much glitter for my taste and stay maximum of two hours on my eyelids (creasing).

@magdalena - korean and japanese are crazy over glitters when it comes to eyeshadows. :)

I use a lot of eyeliners, I'm not sure of the brands but they are either korean or japanese, & they last a hell of a long time!

@Rica - this is very true! Even 'matte' eyeshadows still have shimmer in them.

Japanese loves glitters a lot, whereas koreans love pop of colors, that's why I am more inclined to korean cosmetics, I love the pop of colors! 😍

Hi Lovelies,
Thank You for all of the amazing tips and recommendations! I'm building a shopping list of Korean cosmetics and tools... my mum is going to Seoul on Saturday and I'm wanting to send her searching for some of the amazing cosmetics I've heard about... I've heard a lot about their BB creams, of course, and someone on FB The Makeup Social Group recommended Skin79... also looking for recommendations on mascaras, brushes and false lashes if you've use any.
Any other favourites I should look out for?
Thanx in advance for you advice, its always appreciated.
Much Love
Claire
xoxo
