You start with a base color of yr choice... then with a toothpick dipped in black you start drawing incomplete circles dots and half circles diagonally in the corner of yr nail... finish off with a fast drying top coat and thats it!! ^_^

Jana s. it doesn't look perfect at first but then with practice you'll get better... and some designs like this one don't have to be perfect...messy is fine... some other thing I try to do is that whenever I am bored I grab a pen and practice writing in my left hand ( I am right handed)...but practice works just as great :)
