Fekkai has a great conditioner that comes in a jar. It's a mask conditioner that worked for me. It's a tad pricey but it works. It's at CVS

If you grow you hair out and dony get a haircut youll have split ends up to your ear and youll eventually have yo cut all your growth you had off
