Whether its a mask or a routine, how can I pull these suckers out of my nose?

I typically use Origins' charcoal mask and my extractor is my best friend (just have to be careful about not going overboard when using it).

I tried the sample from sephora and I didn't really see a difference :( did I remove the mask wrong or something?

No, not necessarily. However, a lot of skin care products take time to become effective. I ended up using my sample every other day for about two weeks before I started seeing noticeable difference (note: I know that you're not supposed to use masks that often, but I bumped up my moisturizing routine to make it not -so- bad). My sister uses the same mask, but once a week, and it took her about a month and a half before she noticed a difference. If you want immediate removal, though, the extractor would be the best way to go.

Ok so I use this stuff my mom (a dermatologist) got me, it's called veltin and It works great! You wash your face then you put on a thin layer. It slowly cleans out ur pores!

I also use the Origins Charcoal paired with Peter Thomas Roth Max Complexion Correction pads.

Cut a lemon in half and then put about 2-3 drops of honey on it and the rub it on your face for about 3 minutes, then rinse with warm water. It also helps to reduce redness:)

I like the ultra biore strips. I place a hot/warm damp cloth over my nose for about a minute or so before the strip just to open my pores a bit.

The microdelivery peel from philosophy will take care of them. It's super easy to use and it works!
