whats the difference between just HiColor and HiColor Highlights??

I've been wondering this too. (I've been researching to dye my hair bright red.) I don't think there is a difference, really, other than maybe branding. Obviously, the highlights version has brighter colors, but as far as the formula, I haven't seen any information that would explain why to use one over the other. However, that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I'm personally planning to use HiColor Highlights "Red" + "Magenta" for all-over color. We'll see...!
