Use a primer. There are some decent drugstore eyeshadow primers but I suggest you invest in a good one such as Urban Decay Prier Potion, Too Faced Shadow insurance, or even a MAC Paint Pot. Your shadow needs something to stick too in order to stay in place. Hope this helps

Eyeshadow primer is a must. I really like the brand Jordana because it goes on light and it only costs 2 bucks! I usually dust some loose powder on top of that just to totally set it.

Use an eyeshadow primer! E.l.f has an amazing eyeshadow primer! but you can also try urban decay primer potion that's from sephora! hope this helps! :) you're beautiful!
