So im relatively new to makeup and starting out using drug store products. the basic areas i need help in is eyebrows, foundation & concealer.
the f&c im using is the cg trublend but after the first hr it leaves my skin oily and dry.
with my eyebrows im completely clueless on what to use.
any suggestions??

Oily and dry? If your skin is flaky, it means that you need to moisturize more and exfoliate. As for oily, did you use powder? That should help. Also a primer and/or setting spray.
Eyebrows. I would start of with using a powder, just because that's easiest to start with and you don't have to invest. Just use an eyeshadow and a small angled brush. If you like how that looks, than you can buy specific brown products.

I used cover girl for years. They're foundation is not the best but I love their mascaras and blush! Try revlon color stay whipped. I think I got it for $11 at Walmart. It's great. A little goes a long way and it has really good coverage.
