do u guys have any hair growth tips for me? i have a lot of split ends i intend to grow it out n cut it.. pls help need to regulate growth quickly.

only way to treat split ends is to trim it...biotin tablets helps hair growth:)
hot oil massage once a weak really stimulates the follicles and aids in faster growth:)

I have the same problem. Nothing works miracles but I start to notice fastest hair growth when I start taking supplements such as silica complex. Hope this helps! I know how frustrating it is :(
