I can't tell if they are blackheads or sun spots. Blackheads will require a good deep clarifying mask (a sulfur clay mask is a good start). If they are sun spots prevention is the key. Using an antioxidant vitamin c based serum is vital. Followed by a moisturizing spf of at least 15 (30 is ideal). I have similar spots on the left side of my face. Its from the sun and mine look like tiny little moles but are caused by my outdoor exposure to the suns rays (I blame those quick morning runs for bagels and not applying sunscreen even though I'm in the car). If they are indeed sun spots and not blackheads the only way they can be removed is via laser by a dermo. Since they mimic typical moles in texture and can often be raised on the face there is no magic cream available to get rid of them. Tools for prevention but complete removal would require laser.
