My hair used to grow about a 1/2 inch every month, then I started blow drying it upside down and it now grows at least 1 inch per month!

That's pretty ambitious. There is a vitamin on the market called hair skin and nails. It's makes my hair grow fast.

That's a lot of length in a little bit of time! Only way to assure growth is healthy hair! Sulfate free shampoos, deep conditioning once a week (or every other week), maintaining split ends aka TRIMS (trims NOT haircuts), and most importantly no chemical or heat to the hair will assure growth. Always take into account healthy eating and exercise as well! Good luck! :)

Try main and tail shampoo. They sell it at many drugstores. It works great. It's a big bottle that has a horse on it.

You should try Biotin..I know it has become a controversial vitamin, but everyone responds differently, so you might as well try it and see if it works for you. http://bit.ly/X84SSB
Have your hair trimmed regularly; although your hair grows from the roots and not the ends, the longer you leave split ends, the high up it's going to split, making your hair dull, dry, and damaged. Deep condition once a week, and use a leave in conditooner instead of a regular one. Make sure that you detangle your hair gently. If you don't have a wide tooth comb or tangle teezer, wait until your hair is dry before you brush it. I agree with Ava; eat healthy, and try to use as many natural methods & products to style your hair as you can.
