Birthmark + foundation troubles

So I have this huge birthmark that takes up nearly the entire left side of my face. The picture might not show much but it is considerably darker than everywhere else. I love my birthmark, however its very frustrating trying to find a foundation that works. My main issue is that if I buy a foundation to match the right side, it doesn't match the left and ends up looking cakey. I've actually given up looking for a foundation for a while but I would like to know what other options are there. :/

Also the skin that the birthmark is on, is oily and more likely to break out that my regular skin.
