What about duck nails?

I've seen several girls with what I call duck nails where they are square and get wider at the tips. I personally don't like the way they look, but the girls who have them seem to really like them. What do you guys think about them?

I'm definitely not a fan. No way that shape exists in nature, and it is terrifying! I would end up stabbing myself and ripping holes in my clothes with those, yikes. I would have to sleep with mittens on. Too weird for me. :/

Duck nails are more commonly worn by jersey girls. That's not my style of nails, but girls that use the big hair , go tanning, use a lot of hair spray are big with duck nails.
