Your hair is already so long and very pretty I must say! But a good way to keep your hair growing is to get a trim at least every 8 weeks, otherwise if you have split ends they will keep traveling up the hair shaft causing you to cut off more than you imagined! Use a sulfate free shampoo (sulfates are extra detergents that strip your hair of its natural oils) I really like Rusk's Deepshine Color Hydrate sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Deep condition once a week or every other week. My favorite right now is Loreal's Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm. It leaves my hair super soft, hydrated, and smells awesome! Also I like to use a leave in conditioner when I get out the shower and always comb my hair with a wide tooth comb. And lastly, the biggest tip I could probably recommend is try to reduce any kind of heat or chemical services (hair color, perms, blow drying, flat irons, etc.) Hope that helped :) Good luck!!
