I'm looking for a primer that isn't super expensive but still good quality. I'm trying to improve my makeup application and I hear a primer is a must have.

Theres a cheap one from nyc, maybe around $5 and it works really nicely. All you need is a few dabs on the skin, then blend it all in and apply your concealer and foundation. Its a good starter primer too so you can get used to how it works, then possibly try others that are more high end and pricey.

Rimmel's Fix and Perfect Primer in 002 (white)! i cannot live without this stuff. it makes my skin so smooth and soft and matte, and helps my foundation glide better and last longer. it's only $6-7 at drugstores. :)
