My hair is taking for ever to grow back, and I was just wondering what I could use to speed up the growth process? Thanks :)

There ARE shampoos that help u grow ur hair faster called 'fast shampoos' but I would recommend just growing it out naturally. Brushing your hair often (only with a brush, never with fingers) also helps! :)

I agree with zuby :-) Castor oil is the best oil to promote hair growth. the other oils mainly work for hydration and nutrition. Oil the scalp and massage slowly with fingertips (be careful of nails!) This will boost circulation and hair growth :-) One more thing, too much brushing could result in hair breakage or root weakness.
hope I could help :-) these are all the things my doctor told me to do :-)

Through away an heated related options because your hair won't grow naturally and also comb through out your hair instead of brushing after a shower
