castor oil promotes hair growth..since its very thick u need to mix it wd another oil..preferably coconut since its lighter dan most oder oils and penetrates deeper

I've been using nioxin shampoo and conditioner and am amazed by the results. a little spendy ($30 for the shampoo), but one bottle lasts 4-6 months.
