nope. get a regular shampoo and a very good conditioner and buy this. you will notice the diffrence in one use.

NO. I got suckered into the 'kit' as well, and I can't tell you how disappointed I was. I now swear by L'Oreal & Kerastasé products.

Redken all soft. I love that stuff. It's for dry and brittle hair.
