I' m going to dye my ends and I just can't decide which colour will fit my blonde hair best without bleaching them :/

I would do purple. I've had both purple and pink in my hair(when it was blonder) and purple just seems to work the best. :)

did you use permanent or semi permanent hair dye ?

I have actually used both. Permanent is way harder to get out if you end up not liking it. I learned that the hard way a week or so ago when I shadowed the underneath of my hair dark red(I've never really hated the colors I put in my hair, but did this time).
Both work just as well as the other, but do semi permanent until you're sure you like it. :)
