Iv heard of like face finishing spray. Could some one tell me 1- what it does 2- were I can get it . And 3- is it worth it!

you can also use it to make your shadows vivid. just spray your brush and voila!! it really worth it!

A finishing spray sets your makeup, to last a lot longer. It's also great for mattifying your makeup if you have oily skin (like I do)- So I'd definitely say it's worth it, although not 100% "necessary".
My absolute favorites are Model in a Bottle and Urban Decay's "De Slick" both of which you can get at Sephora (in-store or online). (:

You can also use Eau Thermale from the drugstore. Comes in a white bottle with orange decals.
