Dieting Tips : what do you snack on?

I've been trying to lose weight. I eat my meals normally but in between them, i'm always hungry! Fruits (except apples) and water don't make the craving go away.. What do you snack on when you're really hungry and on a diet?

I have not! Have you purchased chocolate covered kale chips or did you make them yourself? It sounds like it could be fun to make =)

i like wheatcrackers and put toppings on them such as tomatoes, cheese, advocados etc. They make a good snak on and it feels you up aswell

Fibre fills you up and satiates you (you feel full longer), so for your regular meals, substitute carbs to their whole grain versions like whole wheat bread, pasta, brown rice etc. This should help with craving/snacking somewhat. You can look up satiety index on the Internet, tells you which food would make you fuller longer.
