Cellulite is genetic, the more weight you gain the worse it will get, but if you're predisposed to it there's basically no stopping it. However, simply, it's caused by fibers that attach them selves between the muscles/fat/skin. That's why it looks "puckered". So drinking lots of water to keep your skin cells plump, and exercising to keep fat down and muscle toned will definitely help. Improved circulation also helps, studies have shown that massaging the area in the shower will help as circulations better and the muscles are relaxed. Good luck! I hate my cellulite but my legs look like two different things when I am and aren't managing it this way.

Body brushing and drinking lots of water works for me. I body brush dry skin for about 5/10 minutes everyday before I shower

Dry body brushing to promote lymphatic drainage really helps! its also super energizing. Another really great tip is mixing caffeinated coffee grounds with a carrier oil of some sort (ie: massage oil, olive oil, baby oil etc.whatever you have on hand!) and massage onto trouble spots for a few minutes. you will start to notice some really great blood circulation and your skin instantly firms up. Also, do this while standing in your tub or shower so that you don't make a crazy mess everywhere! Then turn on the water and just shower it off. you could repeat this daily if you like.

I saw this on Dr.Oz.
Reducing cellulite has a lot to do with eating habits. Eat water-based veggies like lettuce (best when raw). Tomato paste and pineapple are said to really help, also.
You can also use retinal cream with vitamin A and a massager with rubber ends with oregano oil on it.

The only way to get rid of it is to never eat salt again. That or become a male since they don't get cellulite.

you need to eat healthy
and exercise but dont only focus on the thigh area
drinking water, the more active you are, the more you need to drink!
and i remember my mum used to use some kind of salt thing, i think it was a scrub on the area. she also had multiple wooden brushes she used to use.
hope this helps x

My mom told me that meat helps cause cellulite. Try reducing your meat intake if your having too much?

Cut out processed foods White carbs and limit sugar, do hot yoga, get done cardio in every couple days, do squats, massage the cellulite area with some oil and dry brush the area. Drink green tea

The only thing that I've noticed that helps is eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies and working out - even just walking. The walking helps improve circulation and the fresh foods don't contain fats so your body doesn't have anything bad to store.

Try rubbing Shea butter onto the areas. But this only reduces the look while it's on the producing stages & when the color is bluish-purplish.

I use a coffee grind scrub.
