DON'T SHAVE!!! I did once and it was one of the worst mistakes. I had to let it grow out and now it's normal again. So DON'T SHAVE!!! Bleach it or something.

I've been shaving mine for years, I do it everytime I'm in the shower, it doesn't get the chance to grow back. It looks great and always has.

By the way, it's a myth that hair grows back thicker after shaving, it just seems thicker because it has a blunt end from being cut.

I have shaved my arms since I was about 13, I am 30 now. For 17 years I have seen it get lighter, finer and more sporadic. Now there is really nothing there and I only so it about once a month.

Laser or wax. Shave makes it grow thicker.

I did it once when I was like 13, but I think it grew back thicker. I never did again, and wouldn't recommend it.

I shave mine and it only takes ten seconds every other day and you feel so much better about yourself. Mine were horrible and I'm so glad I shaved them! I did it about two years ago and still don't regret it

I've been shaving my arms for 6 years now and I agree with Nichole V. The hair is finer and now I only have to shave them like once every 2 weeks and that's only because I don't want the hubby to feel the spikes. :-) but its fine I'm glad I decided to shave them because they were really hairy. And my hair is natural black.

I've been shaving mine for at least 3 years. I love it and hate the hair. Lol. The hair does not grow back thicker. It just grows back more blunt so it only looks thicker.

Hydrogen peroxide makes your hairs thinner and blonde so you can't see them.. So does lemon juice in sunlight :o

Shaving your arms does not make it grow back thicker or darker. I am 30 And have been shaving since I was 14. I only have to do it about once a week and I just include it in my normal shaving routine. It takes two extra seconds. Of course you can wax, but it won't harm you to shave. I only do the bottom half of my arms, as the top half doesn't get too hairy.
