Any tips, hairstyles, how to sleep at night, styling before bed, etc. my hair is pretty curly so any help is greatly appreciated

Try doing a "pineapple". It's essentially using a scrunchie to put your hair in a pony tail on the crown of your head to avoid sleeping on it and crushing the curls
