Best foundation to use?

I would really like a decent foundation with good coverage. Ive looked into things like BareMinerals and Sheer Cover. At the moment I use Maybelliene 24hr Stay. Its okay and only smudges and cakes a little but mainly I love it as its waterproof. Any suggestions, liquid or mineral? Waterproof would be a plus and not too expensive? Thank you!

Have you tried Revelon Colourstay or Rimmel 24hr? Great for gals on a budget :)

Rimmel is my fav I wear it partying and my friends always ask if I topped it up before waking up lol
