Product build-up in Hair?

Is product build-up in hair a real issue? I use a blowdry lotion, heat protection spray, and a leave in conditioner about 4 times a week. Shampoo & condition everyday to everyother day. I know theres a shampoo out for product build up... but idk if its just hype??? Thanks ladies:) I'm on a journey to grown long hair!

yes it can actually dry your hair out faster

Ya! I use a an enjoy cleanser before I shampoo it helps a lot!
