My lips are really dry and I want to know how to make them more moist. Any suggestions?

Don't kick your lips. Scrub off dead skin cells with a toothbrush or a sugar scrub and then apply your choice of lip balm right after. Always keep your lips hydrated with lip balm! Apply it before applying lip gloss or lipsticks. Your lips should be well moisturized if you make it a habit of keeping lip balm on it at all times. Even while sleeping :)
