Natural hair problem

I tryed to go natural about a month ago but my hair broke off so badly that it was inches shorter and my family just tryed to insult me bak into getting that relaxer now i put a relaxer back in my hair but im not happy i want to do the big chop and start back over but i feel like everyone is against me doimg the big chop what should i do
