Help ! My Hair Is Thinning !

I've usually had medium to thick hair, then even after I started dying my hair it was still thickish but now all of a sudden I'm realizing hat my hair is getting thinner and thinner ! I don't die my hair often so I don't know what's causing it. Oh and my hair is very tangly when i come out of the shower and always hard to brush.
