Girls we indians love our coconut oil...in south india ppl apply it every day and they have really black long and shiny hair...it is d only oil wich penetrates deep...u can heat up d oil and den put it...leave it for 30 mins to an hour wd a hot towel arnd ur head and den wash it off...keep dng ds whenevr u wash ur hair and i guarantee ur hair will be longer and shinier within a month...

u can condition if ur hair is dry or parched ..i generally do apply a conditioner after shampoo cos my hair is of dry kind...
