Just get a matte top coat :) I didn't know how I would feel about it and didn't want to experiment with a $10 matte top coat. I found one at Rite Aid by NYC for only $1.99! It works great so I recommend that

I love matte nail polish. I just use a matte topcoat when I do mine. NYC matte works perfectly and it is only $2.

I like them in darker colors like cement, black, or navy. There's one by I think OPI called Russian Navy that I've been dying for for a long time. Sadly, nail painting isn't really an option for me right now :( Sad Steph.
