I had weight loss surgery over 3 years ago. In the beginning I was losing a lot of hair, and currently still Am.
I used to have long VERY THICK Arabic hair, and now it is short and very thin, and not to mention it gets damaged easily.
what can I do to get the hair back that I used to have?

Have you seen a specialist already? I think a doctor will find a proper cure for your problem, as it's not beauty-related, but something concerning your health.

You need to have a doctor look at your thyroid gland.
If you were having problems with weight loss before to the extent that you got surgery for it, both that problem and the hairloss could be a result of poor thyroid function. Have it checked before you do anything else.
