I always do cat-eyes, and prefer to do gel liner with a brush. I have been using Makeup Forever's waterproof cream eyeshadow, and it dried up so quickly! Any suggestions?

@JennyK it does really well. I mostly do the whole 1960s thick lined cat-eye, but I start with a thin shape and fill it in. It was also only 10.99, unlike the almost $30 one I bought from Sephora that flakes off.
