I never really wash my face unless I have make up in then ill wipe it off with a make up remover towelette . I don't have acne but here lately I have had some random zits popping up. I have VERY sensitive skin so I'm nervous that most facial washes will be too harsh for my skin. Any advice ?

Try a light cleanser that you would normally use and just be sure to close those pores up before you pay dry best method is cheap and all it is is cold water. If your having clogging issues try drinking an antioxidant drink like cranberry juice and it may help
